How to show “closed” status in case status field. There are deafult three possible Case Status picklist values in Salesforce:
- New
- Working
- Escalated
If you need to include “Closed” Case status in Case Status Field, go to:
Setup → Customize → Case → Support Settings
Click Edit and enable “Show Closed Statuses in Case Status Field” checkbox.
Now you can see “Closed” value in the Status field.
